Colonial Electric Supply, King of Prussia, Pa., recently ran a sweepstakes promotion called “Heat up Your Summer” that created quite a buzz. As customers walked into Colonial's King of Prussia, Collegeville, Reading, Center City Philadelphia and Vineland locations, they were greeted by 7-foot-tall displays promoting the 3M Jobox. The displays were loaded with brightly colored 3M products.

From the promotion's launch in mid-July until September, all customers that made qualifying purchases were automatically entered to win the grand prize, a loaded 3M Jobox, worth over $1,000. Everyone that qualified also received a 3M tool. This month, five grand prize winners will be picked from all the entries across Colonial's 14 locations.

“Here at Colonial Electric Supply we pride ourselves on keeping our customers satisfied throughout every interaction they have with us,” said Colonial Electric Supply Executive Vice President Peter Bellwoar. “We feel this should extend above and beyond the contacts they have with our salesmen and personnel, and include the physical experience they have every time they walk in. From the moment our customers walk through the door, we want them to be fully engaged by the great products and service that we have to offer.”
