Turtle & Hughes, Linden, N.J., has successfully replaced its legacy ERP system with Infor Distribution SX.e.
Pete Billson, technology director, Turtle & Hughes, said in a press release that the new ERP system has helped the company create actionable data to drive smarter purchasing. "This helps us to ultimately deliver a useful, end-to-end integrated supply solution for customers - our main priority," he said.
Infor SX.e automates Turtle & Hughes' core day-to-day processes, helping to speed operations and ensure timely shipment deliveries from all nine of the company's distributions centers. The new ERP system also supports Turtle & Hughes Integrated Supply (THIS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Turtle & Hughes, Inc. that delivers targeted services for supply chain analysis, business process improvement and transaction management
In addition, the capabilities of Storeroom for Infor SX.e will allow both Turtle & Hughes and THIS to provide enhanced warehouse management services to customers, overseeing everything from setups, issues and returns to inventory movement and serial processing.
