Faith Technologies site dedicated to electrical risk management

Faith Technologies, Menasha, Wis., announced the launch of a website dedicated to its electrical risk management (ERM) service offering. The website is available at www.faithERM.com. The new site features information specially tailored to customers looking to get information and improve their electrical risk management programs. The launch of the new site comes at a time when 2012 changes are being implemented into NFPA 70E, the standard code for electrical safety in the workplace. OSHA utilizes NFPA 70E for electrical safety regulation and can issue citations if the code is not fulfilled. NEMA Surge Protection Institute launches educational website

The NEMA Surge Protection Institute (NPSI) has launched an updated website that informs users about surge characteristics, how surge protective devices (SPDs) work, and how to specify and apply surge protection. NSPI is an educational outreach effort initiated by the Low Voltage Surge Protective Devices Section of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) to heighten awareness of the benefits of surge protection for the purpose of promoting proper application and usage.
