NAESCO Recognizes Eaton as an Accredited ESCO

Eaton Corp., Pittsburgh, said the National Association of Energy Service Companies (NAESCO) has accredited Eaton's Energy Solutions Group as an energy service company (ESCO). NAESCO is an association that oversees standards and practices for energy-efficiency performance contracting. The new accreditation by NAESCO recognizes Eaton’s ability to meet the highest standards in managing energy-saving performance projects, Eaton said.

“Customers are looking to Eaton to deliver savings from reduced energy and maintenance costs,” said John White, business unit manager, Eaton’s Energy Solutions Group. “This accreditation underscores Eaton’s leadership and engineering expertise, which is helping to improve building and municipal energy infrastructure across the nation.”

Eaton provides business, public sector and institutional customers with turnkey energy project management services and a portfolio of solutions. As part of those services and expertise, Eaton’s Energy Solutions team is helping municipalities improve street lighting through energy savings performance contracts (ESPC). 

Eaton’s Energy Solutions Group performs energy-focused facilities optimization services including energy engineering, retro-commissioning and ESPCs for market segments including government, health care, education, utilities, commercial, industrial and other institutional facilities.
