Universal Lighting Technologies, Nashville, Tenn., announced that Brazill Brothers & Associates Inc., Metuchen, N.J., has expanded its territory to include Maryland, Washington, D.C., and northern Virginia as well as in eastern Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and Delaware.

Cardel Sales Inc., Pittsburgh, has merged with Herco-Criste, Scott Depot, W. Va., to form Cardel-Criste. The Cardel-Criste sales agency will represent Cantex, Mineral Wells, Texas, in the western Pennsylvania and West Virginia market.

Essex Electrical Products, Fort Wayne, Ind., has appointed Grissinger-Johnson Sales, Minneapolis, as its new sales representative for Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and western Wisconsin.
