Hoffman Ilsco and Legrand Expanding VMI Efforts with Datalliance

​Datalliance, Cincinnati, recently announced Hoffman Enclosures, Ilsco and Legrand’s Wiremold line are expanding their vendor-managed inventory (VMI) programs for distributors and utilities with the Datalliance VMI platform.  While each company has varying levels of experience with their VMI program, they are each optimizing VMI as a supply chain collaboration process in a way that fits their strategic channel initiatives and supports their customers’ sales and service objectives.

Together, these companies sell dozens of familiar brands sold through the electrical and utility channels, and they join more than two dozen other electrical suppliers, such as Belden, Hubbell Inc., Ideal Industries, Pass & Seymour line, Leviton, Schneider Electric and Siemens who are also using the Datalliance platform for their VMI initiatives.  This supplier community provides VMI services to more than 150 of North America’s leading datacom, electrical and utility distributors.
