Approaching that market as Paolicelli/One Source, the company will represent Hubbell Lighting and Lutron Electronics in addition to manufacturers currently represented by Paolicelli and Associates including the Atkore brands, Pentair/Erico, Newell Rubbermaid brands and several other leading manufacturers.

One Source Associates Inc. and Paolicelli & Associates have announced that the two companies will merge to serve the territories of western Pennsylvania and West Virginia with expanded manufacturer offerings.

“It made sense to team up with an established, successful representative with roots in the local market,” said One Source President John McLoughlin. “It was important for us to partner with people who share our core values of ‘taking care of the customer, taking care of each other, being professional and delivering innovation.’ Paolicelli and Associates was a natural fit.”

Located in Carnegie, Pa., Paolicelli & Associates employs 14 people and owns and operates its own 65,000-square-foot warehouse. One Source Associates is located in Columbia, Md., and employs 54 people with an extensive line card including Hubbell Lighting, Hubbell Electrical Products, Lutron Electronics, the Legrand brands, Pentair/Caddy and many other manufacturers in lighting and supply. Dave Paolicelli will continue to lead the Pittsburgh office and will be joined by Pittsburgh native Carleen Yarkosky who will serve as sales manager for a team of outside salespeople aimed at specifying and closing project work. We will continue to invest to support the effort in western Pennsylvania and West Virginia in both offices in the coming months.

“This merger offers our company the opportunity to more fully serve our existing customers, and positions us well to thrive in a rapidly-changing industry,” said Dave Paolicelli, president of Paolicelli and Associates. “We’re excited about what the future holds."
