Summit's new modular branch design can be adapted to local market needs.

Summit Electric Supply, Albuquerque, moved its Beaumont, Texas, location into a newly constructed facility. The new building at 4825 Stone Oak Drive was first to introduce the company’s new flagship building design which works to strengthen Summit’s market presence, reinforce brand identity and enable associates to provide greater customer and project support, said a company release. The Beaumont facility includes a counter sales floor, office space, and 30,000 square feet of warehouse – nearly double its previous capacity.

After working with architects, construction professionals, and workspace designers, Summit finished construction on the modular building in Beaumont last year followed by Corpus Christi, Texas and Gonzales, Louisiana this spring. The new service center design can be adapted to meet specific customer needs in any Summit market while maintaining consistent brand standards across Summit’s footprint, the company said. Each location has expanded its warehouse and sales space to accommodate diverse inventory requirements for the market, and utilized flexible interior office and conference areas to broaden customer support.
