Connector maker Burndy promoted Steven Clark to be the company’s West Central Regional Sales Manager. Clark has been Burndy’s senior sales representative in Kansas and Missouri. As of May 1, Clark now reports to Warren Jenkins, VP sales and marketing, and will lead sales in both the commercial and industrial and the utility markets throughout the company’s newly formed West Central Sales Region covering Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. Steve will lead both the C&I and Utility sales force.
In a release, Burndy said Clark has been especially successful selling new products and maintains a very good reputation in the market. He has been with Burndy nearly 20 years, and was its Sales Person of the Year in 2000. Other points in his career, Clark worked for Prysmain Cable as a senior account manager and started his electrical industry career with Southwire Co. in Kansas City. Steve has a BS in Business Administration from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kan.
