Faith Technologies announces leadership transition

Faith Technologies, Menasha, Wis., announced that Rollie Stephenson will transition out of his role as CEO after more than 40 years of  service. He will now be the company's chairman of the board, effective Oct. 1, 2013.

Faith Technologies, Menasha, Wis., announced that Rollie Stephenson will transition out of his role as CEO after more than 40 years of  service. He will now be the company's chairman of the board, effective Oct. 1, 2013. Rick Schinke, who currently serves as president of Faith Technologies, has announced his retirement. Schinke will stay on as a director on the company's board.   ,

Along with the leadership transition involving Stephenson and Schinke, Mike Jansen will become CEO and Dick Merbach will become president. Jansen and Merbach both have been with the firm more than 30 years. Stephenson and Schinke launched what is now known as Faith Technologies in 1972. The company has grown to become one of the top 20 largest electrical and technology systems contractors, with more than 1,800 employees operating in 15 locations across the United States.
