Cookie Caloia has been appointed marketing communications manager for all of Pass & Seymour/Legrand, Syracuse, N.Y. She was previously marketing communications manager for electrical distribution.

Graybar Electric Co., St. Louis, Mo., announced the appointment of Juanita Hinshaw to senior vice president and chief financial officer. She was also elected to Graybar's board of directors. She was previously vice president and treasurer for Monsanto Co., St. Louis.

At Heyco Products Inc., Toms River, N.J., Kimberly Ann Filomio has been appointed as marketing specialist. Her responsibilities include planning, budgeting and implementing national and international marketing-communications programs for the two primary areas of Heyco's business: precision-engineered stamped and molded wire and conduit protection components used by manufacturers of electrical motors and equipment. Filomio previously served as marketing coordinator for National Patient Care Systems Inc. in New Jersey.

Guth Lighting, St. Louis, Mo., has added three senior-level managers to its team and promoted a fourth. Craig W. Brauks has become sales manager for the South Central region of the United States, covering the Southeastern and South Central areas. Robert J. Kloepple has rejoined the company as manager of manufacturing after a five-year absence. Kloepple had previously served as plant engineer and as head of manufacturing. Michael A. Kurtz has joined the company as director of new product development. He succeeds Brauks. Francis J. Shanoff III has been named sales manager for the Eastern region of the United States. He held sales management positions with Sportlite Inc. and with the Panasonic Lighting division of Matsushita Electric Corp.

Litetronics International Inc., Alsip, Ill., has announced the appointment of Herb Hadley to director of sales. Prior to joining the company, Hadley served as general manager of a computer parts distributor. He has also held sales management positions with technology, distribution and manufacturing companies.

Bryan J. Oberlender has been appointed president and COO for AMO Electric Supply Company, Inc., Fayetteville, Ark. Oberlender has been with AMO Electric Supply since October 1995. He worked previously with the Cutler-Hammer Products Division of Eaton Corp.

Adalet, A Scott Fetzer Co. headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, has appointed John T. Whalen as its Southern California regional sales manager. Whalen has six years of industry sales experience working for distributors of industrial automation controls and control components in Southern California. Eric S. Snavely has been appointed product manager for all product groups. He comes to the company from Crouse-Hinds Co., where he was a field sales trainee and active in market research.

John Otto has been named sales manager of Tower Manufacturing Co., Providence, R.I. He comes to the company from Technology Research Corp., Clearwater, Fla., where he was director, distribution program.

ElectricalWeb.com, Pittsburgh, Pa., announced the appointment of Robert Fenton as directors of sales. With 35 years of electrical-industry experience, Fenton worked previously with Westinghouse, Philips Lighting and managed a manufacturers rep company. Fenton will lead Electrical-Web.com's efforts to further relationships with electrical manufacturers, distributors, contractors, specifiers and others in the supply chain.
