Crescent Electric Supply Co., a 91-year-old distributor of electrical products based in East Dubuque, Ill., presented GE Industrial Solutions group with its Outstanding Vendor Support Award for 2010.
“Our business team is extremely pleased with GE's addition of commercial resources in the many markets that Crescent serves,” said Richard C. Cody, Crescent's vice president of supplier management, when he presented the award to GE on Oct. 11 at Crescent Electric's corporate headquarters.
“We are honored to receive this award from such an important distributor,” says Gary Arnott, general manager, North America sales. “Crescent's leadership, by presenting us their Outstanding Vendor Support Award for 2010, clearly indicates they value our commitment to new products, passionate customer service and growth-oriented mindset.”
Earlier this year GE consolidated its electrical distribution, motors and industrial services business units into one division called Industrial Solutions.
