General Cable, Highland Heights, Ky., has joined the Rockwell Automation PartnerNetwork as an Encompass Product Partner in the Americas region. By participating as a member of this program, General Cable's customers will be able to quickly locate complementary products that best solve any application challenges. These products are critical components or connectivity solutions that extend and enhance Rockwell Automation installations.
Tom Bisson, the company's V.P. of electrical distribution sales, said in the press release, “General Cable was invited to become a member of this program, which has a limited membership based on how each member's products will complement and enhance Rockwell Automation solutions, due to our expertise and innovation in wire and cable products and technologies. We are excited about this membership, which will provide the impetus for future product development and other opportunities that will be on the forefront of Industrial Automation platforms.”
