Ideal Launches Connector Promotion

To reward the loyalty of its electrician customers, Ideal Industries, Sycamore, Ill., announced its spring promotion, “The Race is On,” providing electricians with prizes for purchasing Ideal and Buchanan wire connectors.

At participating electrical distributors, electricians who purchase 20,000 Ideal or Buchanan connectors will receive a portable Keg-A-Que propane grill that is ready for action wherever and whenever you need it. Those purchasing 10,000 connectors will receive a three-gallon keg cooler displaying the Ideal logo. For those contractors who buy 5,000 connectors, the company is giving away Ideal baseball caps with a unique built-in bottle opener, along with an Ideal pocketed T-shirt.

“It has been a long, cold winter so we want to help our customers enjoy spring by giving away prizes perfect for backyard barbeques, a day at the beach, camping, or tailgating at the race track,” explains Glenn Hollister, vice president/general manager of Ideal. “Popular promotions like these are our way of saying ‘thanks’ to the electricians who have made Ideal the strongest brand in the wire connector business.”
