Corpus Christi’s 33,500-square-foot service center includes a counter sales floor, office space, and 28,000 square feet of warehouse – an increase of 40% over its former location.

The new building at 453 South Padre Island Dr. showcases the company’s new flagship building design that works to strengthen Summit’s market presence, reinforce brand identity, and enable associates to provide greater customer and project support. After working with architects, construction professionals, and workspace designers, Summit introduced the modular building design in Beaumont, Texas, last year followed by Corpus Christi then Gonzales, La., this spring.

The new service center design can be adapted to meet specific customer needs in any Summit market while maintaining consistent brand standards across Summit’s footprint. Each location has expanded its warehouse and sales space to accommodate diverse inventory requirements for the market, and utilized flexible interior office and conference areas to broaden customer support.
