Electrical Wholesaling's December issue published a Merger & Acquisition chart in its Top 10 New Stories feature (page 14) that incorrectly stated that DDI System was acquired by General Data Systems. In fact, DDI System acquired General Data System. Below is our original post on the acquisition, which had the facts straight.

DDI System, a provider of market-specific distribution ERP technology for small- to medium-sized distributors, acquired General Data Systems, St Louis, MO.
