Electrical manufacturer Panduit Corp., Tinley Park, IL, has acquired global audio-video equipment manufacturer Atlona, San Jose, CA.

Atlona designs and develops products for a diverse range of commercial and residential AV and IT markets worldwide, including education, business, government, entertainment and healthcare.
