White Cap Construction Supply, a business of Home Depot Supply located in Costa Mesa, Calif., has agreed to acquire Western Fasteners, a distributor of construction fasteners, power tools and accessories to the growing markets of the western and southwestern United States.

Western Fasteners, with headquarters in Denver, has served professional customers for 39 years. It operates eight branches located in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Texas.

White Cap Construction Supply is a distributor of specialty hardware, tools and materials targeting large and medium-sized construction contractors. White Cap operates 133 branches in 26 states and stocks more than 65,000 products, including construction materials, hand tools, fasteners, safety equipment, power tools and equipment, work clothing, concrete forms and supplies and landscape lighting.
