Copper thieves nail Dakota Supply Group for $200K in 2013

A report from WDAY-TV in Grand Forks, N.D., says Dakota Supply Group has had approximately $200,000 worth of copper wire and cable stolen this year in thefts from its branches in Fargo and Grand Forks, N.D. The news report says to prevent any more thievery Dakota Supply Group has installed security cameras, alarm systems and “bigger, better” locks in about 25 locations at a cost of $5,000 per branch. Since the company took these measures the Grand Forks sore hasn’t had any additional thefts, says WDAY. Details
