RAB Lighting, Northvale, N.J., recently introduced the “Greendola,” a new display that provides energy saving products and merchandising in one easy package.
“For any distributor that wants to promote the green initiative, the Greendola is an easy way to quickly display energy efficient products and immediately identify their counter-area as green,” says Terri Dumas RAB's vice president of marketing, .
Made from recycled gondola shelving, the Greendola features high efficiency lighting products including occupancy and outdoor sensors, fluorescent floods and wallpacks, cutoff lighting and pulse-start metal-halide fixtures. Every Greendola comes with a green-labeled product header that features real fixtures labeled with green icons. The shelving also includes a green strip with product labels that make it easy for contractors to identify energy efficient product categories.
In addition to the merchandising benefits, green lighting training meetings and joint green lighting sales calls are available as well as assistance with Greendola set-up.
