Sonepar USA held a company-wide meeting and convention in Philadelphia last month to commemorate its 10-year anniversary. Over 350 Sonepar associates attended the event, representing all 11 operating companies that make up Sonepar USA. Top Sonepar executives traveled in for the event, including Chairman and CEO Marie-Christine Coisne-Roquette and Managing Director and COO Frank Lakerveld.
The company used the occasion to celebrate its growth in 10 years from a start-up to a $2.9 billion company; its hands-off management style; the pending acquisition of Hagemeyer USA; and a new sustainability program called Blueway that promotes energy-saving lamps and other eco-friendly products.
