At ILSCO, Cincinnati, Ohio, Dave Rizzo has been named product manager for the ILSCOmechanical and Utilco product lines. A 30-year company veteran, he most recently managed the Utilco manufacturing plant. Kristine Rose has been named product manager for the company's compression product line. She was most recently marketing manager at Nutone Inc. Paul Brandt has been named director of channel marketing. He previously served as a regional sales manager and product manager for Adalet-PLM and as a product manager for Hubbell Electrical Products.

At Woodhead Industries, Deerfield, Ill., Philippe Lemaitre has been appointed president and chief operating officer, the latter a post that had been vacant since 1993. He succeeds C. Mark DeWinter, who remains chairman and chief executive officer. Lemaitre's responsibilities will include management of the company's two global business groups-Electrical Safety and Specialty Products, and Industrial Communications and Connectivity Products. He was most recently vice president and chief technology officer of AMP, Inc., which was acquired by Tyco, Inc. earlier this year. Paul F. Eitmant has been named president, North and South American Sales. He was most recently vice president, general manager, Ideal Industries' International Division. He earlier held sales management positions with the Daniel Woodhead Co. and Woodhead Canada Ltd. subsidiaries.

Matt Eddleman has been named district manager of Ryall Electric Supply Co., Denver, Colo. He brings 18 years of electrical industry experience to the position, including positions with Hubbell, Daniel Woodhead and the manufacturers' rep firm Ewing-Foley.

Paul Mauro has been named vice president of marketing and sales at SPT Electric Supply Co. Inc., Belle Mead, N.J. Previously director of operations, he was instrumental in advancing the company's Marketing Profile, which resulted in SPT winning the IMARK Vendor of the Year award for Marketing in 1998.

Leviton Manufacturing Co. Inc., Little Neck, N.Y., has announced the appointment of three district sales managers to itS Distribution division: Scott Robbins for the Florida district; Mike Evert for the East Central district; and Bill Donahue for the Pacific Southwest district. Robbins was most recently district sales manager for the New England district. Evert was most recently business development specialist. Donahue was most recently a western region sales manager at Alflex.

James A. Rector Jr. is stepping down from directing the daily operations of Contractors Electric Supply, Dallas, Texas. He will retain the title of president and continue to serve, concentrating on the company's operating systems, expansion opportunities and Internet capabilities. He will also chair a newly formed management committee that includes Jeffrey A. Hoinski, Jim McBride and Ron Stafford. Hoinski, formerly executive vice president, has been appointed chief executive officer and will be responsible for directing the company's development including sales, vendor relationships, personnel and branch expansion. McBride, most recently vice president, has been promoted to chief operations officer. Stafford, who has been serving as the company's Fort Worth operations manager for the past five years, has been promoted to Dallas/Ft. Worth sales manager.

Keith Deutsch has been named marketing manager at Bulbrite Industries, South Hackensack, N.J. He was previously marketing manager for Marvel Lighting.

Gedra Mereckis has been named director of architectural sales at Alkco Lighting, Franklin Park, Ill. She was previously a sales representative and then senior specifications advisor at Lightolier Genlyte.

Mike Rustavold has been promoted from account manager to manager of the Fort Dodge branch of Crescent Electric Supply Co., East Dubuque, Ill. He was previously with Iowa Electric Supply working in Utility Sales and Quotations.
