At Panduit Corp., Tinley Park, Ill., Jack P. Shewman was named vice president of electronic distribution and national accounts. Peter B. Kokuzian, formerly Central regional sales manager, was named vice president of electrical sales.

At Anixter International, Inc., Skokie, Ill., Robert Grubbs was elected president and chief executive officer. He succeeds Rod Dammeyer, who was elected vice chairman. Grubbs remains president and CEO of the subsidiary Anixter, Inc.

At Motorola Lighting, Inc., Buffalo Grove, Ill., Brian Santoro, formerly director of worldwide sales and marketing, was named president, succeeding Marios Zenios, who was promoted to general manager, Components Group-Automotive, Component, Computer and Energy Sector.

Jeffrey Gannon has been named president and CEO at Zenith Electronics Corp., Glenview, Ill. Gannon was GE Lighting's Asia Pacific operations president and CEO from 1994 to 1997.

*As part of the sales organization restructuring at Leviton Manufacturing Co., Inc., Little Neck, N.Y., Joseph L. Huffman has been appointed vice president of distribution sales. He was vice president of sales, western region.

William F. Banholzer has been named vice president for lighting technology at GE Lighting, Cleveland, Ohio. He succeeds John Breen, who will become GE Lighting's vice president and chief technologist.

Bob Trice, formerly the director of marketing operations for Square D Co., was named marketing director for the Power Distribution Equipment division of Siemens Energy & Automation, Inc., Alpharetta, Ga.

At Power Lighting Products, El Paso, Texas, David Shapiro has returned as vice president, electrical distribution. He will temporarily assume the duties of national sales manager Roy Cone, who has resigned from that position. Shapiro most recently was director of sales and marketing at American Fastener.

Thomas L. Graham has been promoted to operations manager at Barrett Electrical Supply Co., St. Louis, Mo. He was formerly an outside sales representative.

Jerry Knight has been named director of marketing for Dual-Lite, Cheshire, Conn. For the previous nine years he was director of sales for O-Z/Gedney.

At Alflex Corp., Long Beach, Calif., Paul H. Mooney, former vice president of sales and marketing for Anamet Electrical, Inc., has been named vice president of marketing and sales. Steve Ficklin, formerly national sales manager for Kaf-Tech, an AFC Cable Systems subsidiary, was named eastern account executive.

At Siemens Energy & Automation, Inc., Alpharetta, Ga., Gary Stachelski has been named North Central regional vice president. Previously, he was marketing manager for the Siemens-Furnas Controls Business Unit, Batavia, Ill. Gloria Brewster, formerly service center manager for Furnas Electric (now Siemens-Furnas Controls), Dallas, Texas, was named customer service manager at the Grand Prairie, Texas, facility.

At Capital Lighting & Supply, Inc., Alexandria, Va., David R. Pullias has been named president of the Baltimore division. George Hale has been appointed manager, commercial lighting, and Kathryn Hobbs has been named supervisor, commercial project services.

Fred Howard has been appointed to the board of directors of Chicago Miniature Lamp, Inc., Canton, Mass. Howard recently resigned as vice president and general manager of Osram Sylvania USA.

Jerry R. Whitaker, former marketing manager for the Cutler-Hammer Power Distribution Assemblies division of Eaton Corp., Cleveland, Ohio, has been named general manager for the new Cutler-Hammer Engineering Services and Systems Division, Pittsburgh, Pa.

Harry B. Rowell was named chief operating officer at Hubbell, Inc., Orange, Conn. He remains an executive vice president.

At Dealers Electrical Supply, Waco, Texas, Mark Roach has been promoted to manager of the Corpus Christi branch. Grainger Crow has been promoted to manager of the Tyler, Texas, branch. Doug Cameron has been promoted to manager of the Longview branch. He was formerly at the Greenville branch and helped open the Sulphur Springs branch.

Tom Harmon has been named central regional sales manager at American Insulated Wire Corp., Pawtucket, R.I. Previously, he was in sales management with CED and WESCO.

Jill Zoschke has been promoted to national sales manager of the electrical division at Tyton Hellerman Corp., Milwaukee, Wis. She was formerly the division's western regional manager.

Gary B. Norris has been appointed director of distributor sales at Ilsco Corp., Cincinnati, Ohio. Previously, he held sales and marketing positions with Hubbell Electrical Products and Wiring Products.

At Greenlee Textron, Inc., Rockford, Ill., Ted Gruhn has been appointed national accounts manager. Previously, he was territory manager for Michigan and Indiana. Mary P. Lewis, formerly communications manager, has been promoted to the newly created position of director, customer support and communications.

At Fairmont Supply Co., Washington, Pa., William T. Todd, II, president, has elected to retire after 39 years with the company. Charles F. Whirlow, executive vice president of operations, will succeed Todd as president. Richard L. Layton will become vice president of operations.

At Rockwell International Corp., Costa Mesa, Calif., President and CEO Don H. Davis has been elected chairman of the board. He succeeds Donald R. Beall, who remains on the board as chairman of the executive committee. Davis became president in 1995 and succeeded Beall as CEO in October.

At Houston Wire and Cable, Houston, Texas, Steve London has been promoted to vice president of operations. Most recently, he was vice president of purchasing. Rebecca Meadows, formerly inventory manager, has been promoted to purchasing manager. Brenda Scott has been promoted from training coordinator to training manager.

At Indeeco, St. Louis, Mo., the following market managers have been named in its new sales and marketing structure: Rick Holmes, commercial; Mark Cornwell, OEM; Tina Masters, process; George Pallme, transportation and marine; Anthony Roungon, international; Katina Truman, advertising; and Angela Smith, customer service.

Larry Bonhaus has been named vice president of sales and marketing for the Motors & Generators Group of MagneTek, Inc., Nashville, Tenn. He was most recently corporate vice president of business development at Square D Co.

John Nadon, formerly director of marketing, has been promoted to vice president of marketing for indoor lighting, outdoor lighting and controls business at Prescolite-Moldcast, San Leandro, Calif.

Brian D. Correia has been appointed vice president, industrial sales and marketing, at CRC Industries, Inc., Warminster, Pa. Previously, he was director of marketing.

At Tork, Inc., Mt. Vernon, N.Y., Kevin Loucks has been named director of marketing and sales. He succeeds Ronald Markley, who resigned. Loucks was most recently vice president of sales for BWF Manufacturing.

At Fromm Electric Supply, Reading, Pa., Michael Fromm has been named president and chief operating officer. The former vice president of sales and marketing will also serve on the company's board of directors. George Vorwick has been appointed vice president of sales for company affiliates in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He was formerly sales manager for the Piscataway and Asbury Park, N.J., locations.

Chris Rosfelder has been named national sales manager at Spring City Electrical Manufacturing Co., Spring City, Pa. He was previously sales manager for the Western and Electrical Products divisions.

Peter Walsh has been promoted to vice president of marketing for the Gould Circuit Protection Group at Gould Electronics, Inc., Newburyport, Mass. He was previously director of marketing.

With the recent merger of the Ballastronix ballast and Venture-Light Source lamp distribution businesses in Canada, Advanced Lighting Technologies, Inc., Cleveland, Ohio, announced the following senior management changes: Don Romanetti, formerly president of Advanced Lighting Technologies, Canada, was named vice president, Corporate Development-Head Office. He continues as president of Plant Growth Lighting Group, a division of Venture Lighting International. Ed Wrobel, formerly president of Ballastronix, was named president, Power Supplies and Controls Group-Head Office. Philip Verge, formerly vice president of sales for Ballastronix, was named vice president, sales and marketing, for Advanced Lighting Technologies, Canada. Douglas Oulton, formerly vice president, finance, for Ballastronix, was named vice president finance and administration, for Advanced Lighting Technologies, Canada.
