Turtle & Hughes (Linden, NJ): The company’s board of directors has selected Luis Valls, a 16-year veteran of the company, as president, effective immediately. Rick Reffler, who has been president since 2013, will transition to a senior advisory sales role. During his tenure,  the Turtle & Hughes press release said the company has focused on developing a unique, strategic sales model focusing on technical expertise, customer service, complete equipment packages, value engineering, dedicated project management and installation support.
