Enphase Energy Inc., Petaluma, Calif., is expanding its Enphase Energy Services (EES) business, according to a company press release. The company wants to streamline solar photovoltaic asset management and operations and maintenance and prepare for the broader-based maintenance and productivity service requirements of future energy management systems.
With over 450MW under management, EES works with system owners, operators and installers to protect their solar investments with a scalable asset management and O&M services offering, from concept through implementation to long-term maintenance. As part of this strategic initiative to accelerate the expansion of its energy management services, Enphase has acquired substantially all of the assets of Next Phase Solar Inc., a leading provider of O&M services for the U.S. solar PV industry, based in Berkeley, Calif.
