Allied Wire & Cable Named “Business of the Year” By Main Line Chamber of Commerce

Allied Wire & Cable, Collegeville, Pa., has been named “Business of the Year” by the Main Line Chamber of Commerce in recognition of the positive impact the company has had on the Philadelphia-area community.

Allied Wire & Cable, Collegeville, Pa., has been named “Business of the Year” by the Main Line Chamber of Commerce in recognition of the positive impact the company has had on the Philadelphia-area community.

Allied was not only celebrated for its growth and its unique approach to doing business, but also for its dedication to charitable causes, especially those focusing on the wellbeing of families.  Allied is proud to support the local chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation as well as the Business Leadership Organized for Catholic Schools (BLOCS).   BLOCS is an organization which is supported by companies, firms and foundations of all sizes.  It helps to grant scholarships, raise endowment funds, and essentially provide support to schools throughout the Philadelphia region.  Allied Wire has donated $500,000 over the past two years, and recently pledged another $500,000.
