Engineered Products Company (EPCO), Minneapolis, a supplier of specialty lighting and wiring consumable products for electrical contractors, was named to Minnesota Business magazine's first annual “Best 100 Companies to Work For” list. The honor recognizes EPCO's commitment to providing a superior working environment for its employees through strong leadership, excellent benefits, innovative training programs and more. EPCO President Jack Schuster and Amy Karrow, who heads up EPCO's human resources efforts, say EPCO is committed to providing a family-oriented culture at a company that focuses on marketing quality products that meet customers' needs. A press release announcing the award says the average tenure of EPCO employees is eight years, more than double the national average. “Frankly, that number would be even higher, but we've recently added positions to accommodate our growth,” Amy Karrow said in that press release.
