eBiz 2020 Has Been Cancelled

After careful consideration, IDEA has cancelled eBiz 2020 due to concerns about COVID-19. The next conference will take place Sept. 13-15, 2021 at Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles. The IDEA press release said:

"Each year, IDEA looks forward to bringing our customers and industry partners together in a collaborative environment that encourages networking and provides an abundance of learning opportunities. Although disappointed that we cannot safely hold eBiz 2020, we are excited to announce eBiz 2021. Stay tuned for updates and registration details.

Refunds are currently being processed for those that were already registered for eBiz 2020. You will receive a refund confirmation email. We appreciate your patience and hope to see you at eBiz 2021.”
