WAC Lighting has relaunched its website (www.waclighting.com) with a completely new look, new products and features. WAC Lighting is a manufacturer of track, recessed, under-cabinet, decorative and monorail lighting.
“We have completely redesigned our website to feature our latest product offerings,” says Sean Tham, vice president of marketing. “We have added new glass pendants and sconces, the Modernism family of timeless contemporary fixtures, energy-efficient InvisiLED Tape Lights, the DuoRail miniature two-circuit rail system, and more.”
The website includes new graphics and new icons that can help visitors navigate to find the latest sales promotions, press releases, ads and catalogs. In addition, the home page features info on Energy Star and a corporate video produced by the ALA (American Lighting Association) that covers WAC's range of products. The website also features a clickable icon for W2 Architectural Lighting, WAC's division that features specification grade products.
A new section of the website describes WAC Lighting's “Responsible Lighting” philosophy, a commitment to make a difference. This includes the firm's pledge to create energy-efficient lighting, information on sustainable lighting, and information on human rights (the firm owns and operates an ISO-9001 certified manufacturing facility in China). The “Responsible Lighting” section includes the company's code of ethics, information on giving back to the community and highlights the firm's efforts to promote professional development and diversity in the workplace.
