    Three electrical products manufacturing companies were on the Forbes magazine list of the "200 Best Small Companies" in the magazine's Nov. 2 issue. Holophane, Inc., Columbus, Ohio, ranked 132. AFC Cable Systems, Providence, R.I., ranked 151. LSI Industries, Cincinnati, Ohio-based lighting manufacturer, ranked 167. This year was the second consecutive year AFC Cable Systems made the Forbes list. In 1997, the company was in the 109th spot.
