Nikola Motors Claims to Have Found Alternative EV Option

According to a recent report from NBC News, Phoenix-based Nikola Motors  CEO and Founder Trevor Milton claims that his company has discovered what he describes as the “Holy Grail of batteries” designed for electric vehicles.

Milton explained in the report that the technology is an alternative to lithium-ion batteries. It also may have the potential to double the distance that a battery-electric vehicle can travel between distances while also cutting costs in half.
