NorthEast-Eagle ElectricalDistributors/Sonepar USA held an energy conservation seminar at the Osram Sylvania corporate headquarters in Danvers, Mass., on June 6. The two-hour seminar, titled “Go Green, Save Green,” was targeted at helping the Canton, Mass.-based NorthEast-Eagle’s industrial/OEM customer base achieve cost savings by becoming more energy efficient. Subjects included energy-efficient lighting systems, energy supply programs and EPACT legislation. Discussions were led by the event’s co-sponsors, including Osram Sylvania, Bluestone Energy, Patriot Energy, National Grid and NSTAR.

“Energy savings is an important issue affecting many different sections of our broad customer base,” said Don Block, president of NorthEast-Eagle Electrical Distributors. “This seminar was a great opportunity to provide a value-added service to our loyal patrons by partnering with knowledgeable professionals who provided valuable insight on energy savings."
