Fluke Gives 20 Schools Electrical Test Instruments

Twenty educational institutions in the United States will receive advanced electrical and electronic test instruments from Fluke Corp., Everett, Wash.,

Twenty educational institutions in the United States will receive advanced electrical and electronic test instruments from Fluke Corp., Everett, Wash., through the Fluke Education Grant Program. Each winning school will receive two of Fluke's newest and most capable test instruments designed for the electrical and electronics industries: the Fluke 289 and Fluke 287 Logging Digital Multimeters.

The Fluke Education Grant Program, announced in October 2007, is targeted at community colleges, universities and training programs across the U.S. and Canada. Winners were chosen by a review committee of electronics professionals. They examined many program elements, including the breadth of course offerings and the types and numbers of certificates and degrees conferred.

The winning schools and training programs are:
