On August 24, Atlantic Coast Electric Supply (ACES) hosted a Harger Factory Certified Exothermic education training event and food truck for their customers. The event was held at their Downtown Charleston branch.
Harger representative, Melissa Moretti and UES representative, Ron Williams led the training. The trainees participated in a classroom training and an outdoor hands-on welding clinic. Each trainee was required to make an exothermic connection as part of the certification. Over 50 people attended the event and 31 completed the exothermic certification with Harger from over 10 contractor companies.
In a press release, ACES said that these types of events are very important to their customers and employees. They allow the company to develop relationships, educate on new products and increase brand recognition for both ACES and Harger.
