Butler Supply buys Mt. Vernon Electric

Butler Supply Inc. has reached an agreement in principal to purchase Mt. Vernon Electric, Mt. Vernon, Ill., according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. The article said Mt. Vernon Electric will retain its electric motor repair, sales and service business, and Butler Supply will be purchasing the electrical wholesale side of the business.
