United Electric Supply Co., New Castle, Del., has purchased County Electric, Lansdale, Pa., and its subsidiaries, ESCO Electrical Supply, Philadelphia; I/O Solutions & Controls, Elkins Park, Pa.; and Fairlite Electric Supply, Atco, N.J.
With $175 million in 2012 sales and 21 branch locations in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Northern Virginia, United Electric was ranked #48 on Electrical Wholesaling's 2013 listing of the Top 200 electrical distributors.
