CBT Buys FDL Automation & Supply

A report in the Dayton Business Journal says CBT Co., Cincinnati, has purchased FDL Automation & Supply Co., Sidney, Ohio. FDL is an automation specialist. The article said CBT would "maintain the Sidney facility and leverage its combined personnel, products, and services to enhance its combined customer base."
