Electric Equipment Co. Buys Control Products Distributor

Electrical Equipment Co. (EECO), Raleigh N.C., said it has reached an agreement to acquire assets of Atlantic Control Products (ACP), Summerville, S.C. ACP is an electrical distributor with specialized services for industrial applications.

“The addition of Atlantic Control Products will enhance our core business in Industrial Automation and Motor Solutions throughout the Charleston to Columbia, S.C., market area,” said Jack Lawson, president and CEO of EECO.
