Hutch Johnson, former president of Eoff Electric Co., Portland, Ore., was named president of Cadet Manufacturing Co., Vancouver, Wash.At Lamson & Sessions

Hutch Johnson, former president of Eoff Electric Co., Portland, Ore., was named president of Cadet Manufacturing Co., Vancouver, Wash.

At Lamson & Sessions Co., Cleveland, Ohio, Robert Moyer was elected corporate vice president. He will continue as vice president of supply chain management and as a member of the company's Leadership Council. Norman Sutterer was elected vice president, Lamson Home Products. He was formerly vice president of Carlon Telecom Systems, a Lamson & Sessions business unit that merged with Carlon Electrical Products to form the umbrella unit of Carlon.

John Cannington, Jr., was named president and chief operating officer of Daly & Wolcott, Providence, R.I. Previously, he was vice president of worldwide sales and services for Excaliber Technologies Corp.

At JJI Lighting Group, Greenwich, Conn., G. Steven Day was named vice president and general manager of Vista Lighting, Inc., a manufacturing subsidiary of JJI. Most recently, Day was vice president and controller for Vista and for Morlite Systems, Inc., another JJI subsidiary. He succeeds Gerald A. Overheu, who retired after 25 years with Vista.

Ed Eck, III, formerly vice president of sales and marketing at Eck Supply Co., Richmond, Va., has succeeded Les W. Burnley, Jr., as president. Burnley was promoted to vice chairman of the board.

At Chicago Miniature Lamp, Inc., Canton, Mass., Norman Scoular was named chief operating officer. He will continue as president and CEO of Sylvania Lighting International. Robert Mancini was named assistant treasurer. He was most recently assistant treasurer at Hasbro, Inc.

John Burns was named senior vice president and general manager for the U.S. electrical business unit of FCI, Manchester, N.H. Previously, he was vice president of sales and marketing.

Joseph A. Salimando was named vice president of Continental Exhibitions, New York, N.Y. Previously, he was publisher of Electrical Contractor magazine and webmaster for four Web sites run by the magazine's owner, the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA).

Robert P. Fiorani was named vice president, communications, for Palatine, Ill.-based Square D Co. and Schneider North America. Previously, he was director of corporate communications.

Roger Runion has been named director of marketing for Cerro Wire and Cable, Inc., Hartselle, Ala. He was most recently manager of customer and marketing services at Essex Wire and Cable.

Howard Sachs has been named chief executive officer at Robertson Transformer Co., Blue Island, Ill. Previously, he was president of Valmont Electric.

Unison Fiber Optic Lighting Systems, Solon, Ohio, a joint venture company of Rohm and Haas and Advanced Lighting Technologies, Inc., has named Millicent Pitts president.

John Bilicki was named national sales manager for the Conduit Division of Robroy Industries, Verona, Pa. Previously, he was manager of Strategic Products for GE Supply, Shelton, Conn.

At Dual-Lite, Cheshire, Conn., Dean Brockob has been named Western regional sales manager. Brockob was a manufacturers' representative for The Lighting Agency, a Denver-based group.

At Frost Electric Supply Co., St. Louis, Mo., Bruce Baldwin was named vice president of sales for the construction division. Previously, he was vice president of St. Louis-based Ken Way Co. and sales manager for CBM, its parent company. David King joined the company as a consultant. He was previously manager of French Gerleman's construction division and manager of Glasco Electric.

Kelly S. Boyd was promoted to branch manager at All-Phase Electric Supply Co., Benton Harbor, Mich.

At Schaedler Bros. Inc., Harrisburg, Pa., James E. Geistwhite announced his retirement after 41 years. He was most recently lighting manager and quotations manager for the company. Richard K. Eckman announced his retirement after 16 years. He was industrial outside salesman for the central Pennsylvania area. Before joining Schaedler Bros., he was in sales at Raub Electrical Supply Co., where he became "Salesman of the Year."
