Schadler to lead human resources department at Omni Cable

Omni Cable Corp. (West Chester, Pa.): Jill Schadler is now leading the company’s Human Resource department and working with the senior leadership team to align human resource objectives with the company’s strategic initiatives. Prior to Omni Cable, she served as senior director, Global Human Resources at Teleflex. She also held similar positions at Shire Pharmaceuticals and Merck. Schadler received her BS in human resource management from Juniata College and earned her MBA in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix.
