The Industry Data Exchange Association (IDEA) (Rosslyn, VA): Mike Wentz has returned to IDEA as VP of sales & marketing, effective July 31, 2020, . In his new role, Wentz’s primary responsibilities will encompass driving growth and service expansion within the electrical channel.
Wentz previously served with IDEA from 2009 to 2019 in a similar capacity. During his previous tenure, he was able to grow the client base significantly, facilitate industry advisory groups and rebrand IDEA’s products. Wentz’s dedication to the company and industry has driven him to return to his longstanding role and reaffirm this pursuit. He has more than 30 years of electrical and technology provider experience, and plans to use it to continue leading efforts to accelerate IDEA’s overall growth through sales and marketing strategy.
