OmniCable (Westerchester, PA): Priya Serai was recently hired as chief information officer (CIO), where she will oversee the company's IT department and provide vision, leadership, strategic execution and oversight for information technology throughout all functions of the business and across all locations.
She brings more than 15 years of IT and business experience. Prior to joining OmniCable, Serai served as director of technology for SEI Investments located in Pennsylvania, where she led the technology department to deliver client-focused solutions. Previously, she was director of enterprise applications and program management at Belcan, located in Ohio, where she partnered with business executives to provide technology solutions for customer-facing needs and internal operations. Additionally, Serai just completed her MBA at the Wharton School.
“She has a history of success in creating and implementing strategies for business applications and leading cross-functional, global teams in delivering complex projects and process improvements,” said Greg Lampert, OmniCable’s president and CEO, in the release. “We are confident that her extensive skills and background will enable us to accelerate the use of technology in all aspects of our business,” he added.
