Nora Lighting (Commerce, CA): Nora Lighting recently expanded its customer service department with the addition of five new team members, including one promotion and four new hires, announced EVP Jilla Farzan.
Esteban Nunez, who has worked at Nora for three years, was promoted from production to customer service. Emily Alvarado and Lupe Reyes joined as new customer service reps, while Terina Avila and Nora Prieto were hired to oversee customer service/national accounts.
“At Nora, outstanding customer service is our passion," said Farzan in the release. "All accounts have a dedicated Customer Care team that is acquainted with our customers’ projects and orders. The team can supply all specification and product data, inventory reports, order status and shipping updates.
