Ken Chamberlain is now president. He joined Lakeland Engineering in April 2025 as general manager of the company's Omaha location while also providing leadership for its Kansas City operations. Since joining the organization, he has focused on strengthening customer relationships, supporting employees and driving operational growth across both locations. 

Before joining Lakeland, Chamberlain had more than 30 years of experience in the electrical distribution and manufacturing industries. His professional career, combined with his military service, and experience serving as mayor of Wayne, NE, has shaped a strong foundation of leadership, strategic thinking, and commitment to community development, according to the press release

As president, Chamberlain will have overall responsibility for Lakeland Engineering's sales, operations, and financial performance across its four locations.
