DSI Southwest, Dallas, acquired Electrical Products of Oklahoma (EPOK), Oklahoma City, effective February 1. The combined company now has 15 outside and 11 inside sales representatives covering North Texas and Oklahoma. DSI was founded in 1961, EPOK has been in business since 1979.
The manufacturers rep agencies previously shared many of the same lines and similar company philosophies of providing “best in class” service while maximizing value for both their customers and the manufacturers they represent, DSI Principal Brian Damisch said, “and the combined company is stronger than ever.”
