JD Martin Expands in Oklahoma with WindShine Acquisition

JD Martin Co., Houston , TX, acquired WindShine, an independent rep based in Oklahoma City, OK. Effective immediately, WindShine will operate under the JD Martin brand, expanding the company’s presence and strengthening its commitment across the Oklahoma market.

 

JD Martin made the acquisition to deepen its local presence in the Oklahoma markets it serves. By combining WindShine’s local expertise with its resources and relationships, JD Martin expects to deliver enhanced service, stronger support and expanded solutions to customers across the territory.

 

With this acquisition, JD Martin welcomes Tony Larocco, former principal of WindShine, as a regional VP for Oklahoma. He will work closely with Greg Rutch, regional VP for North Texas and Oklahoma, to lead and grow the region. Larocca brings more than 35 years of electrical industry experience in the Oklahoma market and has served as a founding principal of WindShine.
