Halco Lighting Technologies, Norcross, GA, sold J&J Electronics & Sollos, its specialty lighting business, Landscape Lighting, to Hayward Holdings Inc. Halco’s specialty lighting business serves the residential and commercial pool, spa, fountain and landscape lighting distribution markets.

The sale of the specialty lighting business allows Halco to expand its focus in its core strength servicing maintenance, renovation, retrofit and construction in the residential, commercial and industrial segments. In addition, providing the specialty lighting business an excellent fit for its offerings, which are complementary to Hayward’s industry-leading portfolio of pool equipment and technology.
