Keystone Technologies Named One of Philadelphia's Top Workplaces

Aug. 25, 2022
Keystone made the Philadelphia Inquirer's Top 100 list of Philadelphia’s Top Workplaces 2022

Keystone Technologies has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by the Philadelphia Inquirer.

The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection.

“This honor is a tribute to our employees and the innovative, forward-thinking and family-friendly culture we’ve established at Keystone Technologies,” said Ira Greenberg, Keystone CEO, in a press release.

Keystone Technologies was founded in 1945 by Harold Fox and Marvin Spielman, who manufactured ballasts and transformers for the lighting industry. That initial offering has grown to a full catalog of lighting products, including a comprehensive line of lamps, fixtures, power supplies and controls.

The company now has hundreds of employees across the United States, working both in person and remotely, many based in its Lansdale headquarters.
