Quality Electrical Distribution/Sonepar, Mesa, AZ  will host a grand opening celebration at its Mesa Central Distribution Center on Thursday, Oct. 1 from 11 am to 2 pm. The event will give customers, staff and members of the media a first-hand look at the facility, its automation technology and the operations supporting faster, more accurate order fulfillment.

The Mesa facility supports QED’s transition to a centralized logistics model with consolidated inventory, real-time inventory visibility and more efficient warehouse and transportation processes. The facility uses Locus Robotics for automated picking and light automation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
