Schaedler Yesco Distribution Expands in Northwestern PA with Acquisition

Established in 1924, Schaedler Yesco Distribution is a 4th-generation family- and employee-owned distributor with 24 locations in Pennsylvania and two in Ohio and New York.

Schaedler Yesco Distribution, Harrisburg, PA, announced plans to acquire Clarion Electric Supply, a two-location, 53-year-old electrical distributor in northwest Pennsylvania that focuses on the contractor market. Clarion Electric is headquartered in Clarion, PA with a second location in Grove City, PA. Following a proper due diligence period, closing is anticipated in December 2023.

"As a family-owned business, it's important that we join forces with another company that understands and values the importance of independence. We know this step will only increase the service and support our customers receive."
